Welcome to Shop Loyalty
Shop Loyalty is a customer loyalty program that runs right from your register. Customers check in when they visit, they earn points, and they redeem rewards — all in seconds. Meanwhile, handsfree automations quietly do the marketing that most shop owners never have time for: birthday rewards, win-back offers for people drifting away, and 7-day "you have points to spend" nudges.
The three pieces
- The Merchant Portal — your command center at app.shoployalty.app. Members, rewards, groups, metrics and automations all live here.
- The Member app — what your customers use. It's an installable web app (a PWA), so it works on any modern phone with nothing to build and nothing to maintain. Learn how to set it up in Set up the Member app.
- The check-in screen — the fast front desk view your staff uses to check customers in and redeem rewards. See Your first check-in.
How a visit works
- The customer walks in.
- Your staff (or the customer themselves, from their own phone) checks them in — by phone number, member card, or in-store presence.
- Points are awarded automatically.
- When a customer has enough points, they redeem a reward right at the register — the staff screen shows available rewards, and your system applies the discount or freebie however your till handles it.
- Automations fire in the background — birthdays, win-backs, referral bonuses — no action needed from you.
What you never have to do
- Install or update anything on your customers' phones.
- Type in phone numbers by hand if you don't want to — check-in works by card, presence, or search.
- Run birthday campaigns manually. Turn the automation on once and it runs itself.
