Shop Loyalty has simple roles so the right people see the right things.
That's you. Full access — members, groups, rewards, automations, giveaways, memberships, billing, settings, and every report. Only owners can change billing, plan, or account-level settings.
Front-desk access. Staff see only the check-in screen: look up a customer, check them in, redeem a reward. They can't see member lists, spend data, automations, or billing. Perfect for the shop tablet at the register.
Restricting staff to check-in keeps customer data private and keeps your marketing settings safe from accidental taps. If you ever need a staff member to do more, promote them to Owner in Settings → Team.
