Export your data

Your members are your data — you can take them with you any time.

What you can export

Merchant Portal → Settings → Data → Export.

• Members CSV — name, phone, email, points, lifetime visits and spend, groups, signup date, last visit.
• Full ledger — every points event (earn, redeem, bonus) with timestamps and reasons.

Common uses

• Backing up before a big change (always a good habit).
• Importing into another tool or a spreadsheet for your own analysis.
• Switching providers — it's your list; take it with you.

Format

Standard CSV — opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or anything else. Encoded UTF-8 so names with accents and non-Latin characters come through correctly.

On leaving

If you cancel, export first — you keep full access through the end of your paid period, and we'd rather you leave with your data than without it. See Cancel your subscription and our privacy policy for how data is handled after expiry.
