Understanding the dashboard
The Dashboard is your two-minute-a-day view of how the program is doing.
The numbers that matter
- Visits — how many check-ins today, this week, this month.
- New members — signups in the period.
- Points issued / redeemed — how much value you're giving and how much is coming back. Healthy programs redeem steadily; if redemption stalls, your rewards may be too hard to reach.
- Automations fired — how many birthday, win-back and 7-day notices went out and how many brought someone back.
What to look for
- Visits trending up? Your program is working. Keep feeding it — giveaways and contests accelerate it.
- Redemption rate low? Make a cheaper reward available, or run a "double points" push. See Rewards & Points.
- A customer with a big points balance who hasn't been in 60 days? That's a win-back automation's job — make sure it's on. See Automations.
Weekly ritual
Once a week, spend two minutes on the dashboard:
1. Compare this week's visits to last week.
2. Check how many automations fired and how many converted.
3. Look at the New members number — if it dips, it's time to push your signup link harder.
Still stuck?
Everything on the dashboard is live data from your shop — nothing is estimated. If a number looks wrong, check the member's timeline in Members first, and email us at [email protected] if it still looks off.
