Branding your Member app

Your member app wears your brand, not ours. Logo, colors and business name flow from your Shop Loyalty settings to every customer screen.

Where to set it

Merchant Portal → Settings → Branding.

• Logo — square works best (PNG or JPG). This shows on the welcome screen, the home screen icon after install, and reward cards.
• Brand color — pick from the color picker or paste a hex code. Used for buttons, highlights and the app's accent color.
• Business name — shown on the app's home screen and in all push notifications and emails.

• Push notifications ("☕ Rodger's Coffee — you have 120 points")
• Reward cards and birthday messages
• Referral share cards when customers invite friends

Best practice

• Use a simple, high-contrast logo — it gets small on a phone icon.
• Match your brand color to your shop's look so customers recognize it instantly.
• Update branding any time — changes go live on every customer's app immediately, no reinstall needed.
